Become your best with our adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. We provide exceptional training in a fun, friendly team environment that will make you fit, stronger, and drastically increase your confidence. You will learn self defense, traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, sport Jiu-Jitsu, and submission wrestling. We have GI and no-gi classes. Be exceptional and the few that do hard things while melting away fat and stress by joining our adult programs.

Muay Thai is referred to as “The Art of Eight Limbs”; Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close-combat that utilizes the entire body as a weapon.
In our Muay Thai classes, you will learn how to use punches, elbows, kicks, knees, and the clinch to protect yourself and get a great workout!

Our Tough Warrior program is for youth ages 9-13. Youth will learn self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, submission wrestling, in a fun and friendly team environment. We teach discipline and build your youth's confidence, while giving life lessons to help your youth believe in themselves. Give your youth a competitive advantage in life by having them learn BJJ.

Our women's only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes provide women a safe, non-treating environment to learn self-defense, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, increase strength, lose weight, and gain confidence in a fun and friendly team environment with mom's and women like you!

Ditch boring and repetitive gym routines and get in great shape with our cardio kickboxing class!
Fitness class for all adults that provides a fun and dynamic workout based on kickboxing movements. Will also include various conditioning circuits to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

For kids ages 4-8, our Tiny Tots program teaches our kids to live with honor, respect, integrity, and anti-bullying. We do this through teaching the kids in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self defense, and submission wrestling to make them strong and fit and build self confidence.

For kids ages 9-16, our kickboxing program teaches our kids sport kickboxing. They will learn foundational boxing punches, along with common kicks and footwork to teach how to move, punch, and kick. Due to the nature of this program and the ages, we do not spar with contact in this class. Instead, kids punch pads, punching bags, and other items.

Unless the champion withing and improve your wrestling by coming and training at our dedicated class for all middle school and high school girl wrestlers.
Focus and training will be on:

- Winning the grip and position game
- Set-ups and baiting
- Controlling and pinning
